These Official Rules govern the Macys & Martha Stewart Pinterest Sweepstakes the Sweepstakes offered by Macys.com Inc. Sponsor. One Prize will be awarded. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on February 15 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30 2013 the Sweepstakes Period.
To enter: To participate in the Sweepstakes you must be a member of Pinterest or create an account for free by visiting www.pinterest.com. To enter follow Macys then create a Pinterest board using at least one item from the Martha & Macys board on the Macys Pinterest account and title your Pinterest board #MarthaMacys. Then during the Sweepstakes Period visit www.macys.com/marthasweeps the Website and follow all on-screen instructions to fill out and submit the entry form provided. All entrants will also need to submit a URL link to their #MarthaMacys board on Pinterest.com. Entrant must complete and submit the entry form along with the link for the entry to be eligible.
Limit of One 1 per person during the Sweepstakes Period will be accepted. Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple entries by using multiple or false contact information or otherwise may be disqualified. Entries generated by a script computer programs macro programmed robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits incomplete illegible corrupted damaged destroyed forged false lost late or misdirected deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at Sponsors sole and absolute discretion. Entries originating at any other website are not permitted and may be disqualified. All materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. The Websites database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry except employees of Sponsor and its affiliates subsidiaries advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such employee. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
Drawing: Six 6 winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 7 2013. All decisions of the judges are final. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Prize consists of only those items specifically described as included in the prize. All fees federal state and other taxes costs and expenses relating to the use acceptance and possession of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prize: Each winner will receive a $500 Macys Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value ARV: $500. ARV of all prizes: $3000.
